uh... i think you should change Procedural Low-Poly House to Modular Low-poly house
Yeah they really should! Procedural meaning constantly generating, which this has absolutely no code connected to this - meaning there is no way that this would be procedural. Modular meaning able to be altered and still look good (altered meaning stretched, shrinked, etc.). Just realized that your post was 4 years ago...
